Job summary

Cadre Family Companies seeks an Executive Director, RN, to oversee day-to-day hospice agency operations and empower an interdisciplinary team to deliver world-class care. You will ensure patients, families, and employees receive exceptional support while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Lead strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and mentor talent across the organization, fostering a patient-first culture and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience in hospice or home health.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and strategic direction of the hospice agency.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing, patient-centered culture.
• Partner with organizational leadership to achieve agency goals and drive improvements.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and compassion across teams.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare COP, state regs, and accreditation standards.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain exceptional clinical and operational talent.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource management.
• Build and maintain community partnerships and referral networks.
