Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the post-acute care continuum and hospice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies to increase admissions and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, SNFs, senior communities, and physician groups.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand referral partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and support business development team members.
• Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure excellent service.
• Track sales activity and participate in community outreach and industry events.
• Maintain understanding of hospice regulations and reimbursement trends.
