Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a proactive Community Liaison to join our team serving the Westchester area. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners to drive census growth and promote our compassionate hospice services.

As the face of Sanctuary Hospice, you’ll advocate for our mission, explain our services, and collaborate with physicians and clinics to connect families with the care they deserve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required.
• Experience with hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Conduct regular outreach reflecting commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Sanctuary Hospice as provider of choice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through visits with referring physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care, explaining services and obtaining consent with empathy.
