Job summary

Legacy Hospice in Fredericksburg is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer) to build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners, driving census growth while championing our mission with empathy and integrity.

You will lead outreach across Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties, explain hospice services clearly, catalyze access to care, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compassionate,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum two years of sales/marketing in healthcare.
Hospice marketing experience strongly preferred.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff and marketing contracts.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services by conducting regular outreach.
Drive census growth by increasing awareness and preference for hospice services.
Grow referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Support patients and families during critical moments by leading initial conversations about hospice care and obtaining informed consent.
