Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dynamic business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals and referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit services, drive referral growth, and support seamless post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate Medicare regulations. In-office presence is required to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of approved nursing/therapy/social work program.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/home health regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referrals.
• Support referral growth and improve patient outcomes and care transitions.
• Represent Enhabit professionally to partners and community organizations.
