Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our Bluffton-area team. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to drive census growth and promote hospice services.

This role offers an uncapped commission structure and a base pay range of $75,000–$85,000 per year, with compensation determined by experience and responsibilities. Strong people skills and healthcare sales background are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for our hospice services through outreach.
• Grow census by increasing awareness and referral sources.
• Drive referral growth with regular visits to physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers.
• Support patients and families by discussing hospice care with empathy.
