Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our team serving the Charleston area. You’ll build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to grow census and promote our hospice services.

Territory includes Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties within a 60-mile radius. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities; salary ranges $75,000-$85,000 with uncapped commission, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach and high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Crescent Hospice as provider of choice within the service area.
