Job summary

Crescent Hospice in Bluffton, SC seeks a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer) to build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners, driving census growth and awareness of hospice services. You’ll be the face of Crescent Hospice, advocating compassionate care and guiding families to access needed services.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of healthcare sales/marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of healthcare sales/marketing experience; hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Ability to establish relationships with staff and clinical teams.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence in service area to exceed census goals.
• Drive referral growth via visits to physicians, discharge planners, SNFs.
• Support patients and families during critical moments with empathy.
