Job summary

Continuum Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to expand the census in Boston & South Shore. You’ll build trust-based relationships with physicians, hospitals, and partners to promote hospice services and drive growth.

The role offers a generous sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in healthcare sales/marketing, strong communication, and a willingness to travel within the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with staff and clinicians.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services through outreach reflecting compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning hospice as provider of choice across the service area to meet growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians and healthcare staff.
• Lead initial conversations with patients and families, explaining services with empathy.
