Hearth Hospice seeks a self-driven Community Liaison to build strong referral networks and promote our hospice services in the Brunswick area. You will drive census growth by increasing awareness among physicians, hospitals, and care partners, while serving as a compassionate ambassador for our team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, outreach activities, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure access to our patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to establish relationships with physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services via outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting Hearth Hospice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with key stakeholders.
• Support patients and families during critical moments with empathy and clarity.
