Hearth Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Fort Oglethorpe area. You’ll build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to help families access compassionate hospice care.

As the face of Hearth Hospice, you’ll drive census growth by raising awareness and preference for services, while representing a compassionate, patient-centered approach across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional experience may substitute educational requirement.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required; hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to explain hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services through outreach reflecting compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Hearth Hospice as the provider of choice across the service area to exceed growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers and other professionals.
• Support patients and families during critical moments by guiding conversations about hospice care with empathy.
