BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality hospice care in patients' homes in the Springfield, MO area. This Full Time role offers 1:1 direct care, hands-on training, and 24/7 clinical support as part of a larger interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of CNA/HHA experience and hold a current CNA license. Hospice experience is welcome but not required, and travel to local cases is expected.

Formación

• Must have at least one year of CNA/HHA experience.
• Current license as a certified nursing assistant.
• Hospice experience welcomed, but not required. Training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and grooming.
• Bathing, toileting, nail care, and hygiene support.
• Range of motion exercises; transfers with lifting devices.
• Oral feeding assistance.
• Vital signs checks: temp, pulse, resp.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Medication assistance as directed.
