Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Springfield, MO is hiring a Hospice Aide to support patients and families at end-of-life, providing personal care and bathing under the nurse case manager and care plan.

Requirements include being at least 18, CNA certification, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; drug and background checks; sign-on bonus offered. Benefits include paid training, flexible scheduling, and PPE; weekly direct deposits.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• CNA certification required.
• Terms must be met to receive Sign on Bonus!
• Hospice or Long-Term care experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Mansioni

• Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.) according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care.
• Document care provided according to agency policy.
• Report any deviations from the Plan of Care to the Case Manager (or designee if not available).
• Use Durable Medical Equipment safely.
• Maintains records of services performed and of apparent condition of patient.
