Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to join the Kansas Home Care Team based in Overland Park. This role delivers high-quality hospice care, comfort, and education to patients and families in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

The ideal candidate has MO/KS CNA licenses and CPR certification; hospice experience is preferred. Work hours are weekdays with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri and Kansas CNA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year hospice care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and assistance with daily activities for hospice patients.
• Assist with ambulation, ROM, elimination needs and eating as needed.
• Support families with education and bereavement resources.
• Maintain professional communication within the care team.
