Moments Hospice seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands‑on personal care in patients' homes or facilities. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor comfort, and support families under an RN Case Manager.

We offer a team‑oriented environment, structured schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM), and competitive pay of $18–$23 per hour. Must have active CNA, CPR preferred, and valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• Active CNA certification required.
• Healthcare caregiving experience in home/assisted settings is a plus.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to use an electronic medical records system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem solving and time management.
• Compassion and patience in emotional situations.
• Understand professional boundaries and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage body mechanics.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and skin care.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, positioning, ROM, and ambulation.
• Assist with dining and nutrition.
• Follow patient care plans under RN Case Manager.
• Provide comfort and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain electronic medical records.
