Job summary

Compassus in Wisconsin seeks the Hospice Area Executive of Clinical Operations (Hospice Administrator) to lead patient care services across the region, uphold Compassus values, and ensure high-quality hospice delivery within budget constraints.

You will supervise Hospice Directors of Clinical Services, monitor staffing and compliance with Medicare and State Hospice requirements, collaborate with regional leaders, and drive improvements in outcomes and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Two to three years of leadership and nursing experience in hospice or healthcare strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Active and unencumbered RN license in state of employment; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day functions related to patient/family care services and ensures high care quality.
• Oversees staffing, budget planning, and regulatory compliance including Medicare/State Hospice standards.
• Leads Hospice Directors of Clinical Services and ensures vendor/physician relations align with organizational goals.
