Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations and private insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians to drive clinical excellence and quality care.
• Monitor plans of care and supervise staff performance, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Participate in governance meetings and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee hospice billing processes to ensure accurate, regulatory billing.
