UnitedHealth Group is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for Hospice to provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services to ensure high-quality patient care in a home health/hospice setting. You will support referrals, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities include directing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with clinicians to establish and update the Plan of Care.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ years of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ years RN management experience.

• Supports, participates and works cooperatively with the director of staffing.
• Responsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews requests for services and determines patient eligibility for home care services.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification.
• Reviews documentation and resolves missing or untimely entries.
• Assists in establishing Plan of Care and revisions.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies.
• Participates in on-call process.
• Assists with staff training and addressing concerns.
