UnitedHealth Group is seeking an RN Clinical Manager Hospice to provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services to ensure high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective patient care. You will support referrals, scheduling, patient visits, and documentation while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

The role requires RN licensure, 1+ year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice, and RN management experience.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current RN license for the assigned state(s).
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of RN clinical experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ year of RN management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Supports, participates and works cooperatively with the director of staffing.
• Responsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews requests for services and determines patient eligibility for home care services.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification requirements.
• Reviews documentation for completeness and timeliness.
• Assists in establishing Plan of Care with clinicians.
• Regularly evaluates patient needs and revises the plan of care.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies.
• Participates in the on-call process.
• Assists with staff training to ensure quality care and fiscal responsibility.
• Addresses patient/family/physician concerns.
