Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead planning, direction, and provision of all clinical services at the location. The role ensures quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective EMR workflow for leadership and staff.

The position requires RN licensure (BSN preferred), hospice and management experience, and a commitment to mission-driven care within a faith-based health system. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (BSN preferred), in good standing.
• CPR or BLS certification (current).
• Three years of management experience required.
• Two years of hospice experience required; one year in hospital nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, supervise, evaluate and provide all clinical services at the location.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical records and regulatory compliance.
• Guarantee EMR workflow for DCS and MCS is current by end of each business day.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Oversee clinical performance measures, productivity, and documentation standards.
• Develop clinical staff knowledge and appropriate completion of orders and documentation tools.
• Communicate regulatory, operational, and financial information to clinical staff.
• Drive staffing levels, staff competency, and productivity; coach and mentor staff.
• Participate in branch activities including budgeting and financial analyses, with sales support when needed.
• May serve as Administrator of Record with the State Regulatory agency.
