Job summary

The Care Team Hospice in Mishawaka, IN is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and comfort-focused support to patients in homes and facility settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity and quality of life throughout the hospice journey.

Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with up to a 1-hour radius around Mishawaka. Competitive hourly pay of $18–$22 plus mileage reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Hospice aide experience is preferred.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene, and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Support patients and families with compassion and respect.
• Document care provided accurately and timely in the EMR HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
