The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. You will provide hands-on personal care and comfort to hospice patients in homes and care facilities, supporting families during difficult times.

This full-time role offers a schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k) match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement for LPN/RN advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Previous CNA experience in hospice, home health, long-term care, or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, hygiene assistance, and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Support patients and families with compassion and dignity.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and activities of daily living.
• Document all patient care in the EMR (Homecare Homebase).
