Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a nurse leader to oversee hospice operations, ensuring high-quality patient and family care within state and federal guidelines. You will supervise clinical staff, manage IDG meetings, and coordinate care plans with strong emphasis on compliance and revenue processes.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, a BSN preferred, and 3+ years in clinical operations supervision, including hospice and Medicare-certified home health experience.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an RN.
• BSN preferred.
• Three years of clinical operations supervision experience.
• One year hospice experience and one year Medicare-certified home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient/family care services and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Oversee IDG meetings and ensure timely evaluation and updates to plans of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, coding accuracy, and EMR workflow alignment with standards.
• Monitor revenue cycles and administrative processes; supervise hospice clinical staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support staffing and performance management.
