Candidates must hold an Ohio RN license, with BSN preferred, and have Medicare-certified home health supervision experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong regulatory knowledge are required; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio RN license.
• BSN preferred or higher.
• Two years of Medicare-certified home health supervision experience.
• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase and EMR systems.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff and ensures quality patient care.

• Manages on-call rotation and staffing levels.
