Job summary

Oncology Voice Network LLC is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor in Ohio to lead the clinical team in providing comprehensive hospice care. You will coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations across all care activities.

The role requires an Ohio RN license with 3 years of supervisory clinical operations experience, plus hospice and Medicare-certified home health exposure.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an RN.
• Three years experience in clinical operations supervision required.
• One year experience in a hospice setting required.
• One year experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates clinical team coordination and oversees direct/indirect patient care services to meet holistic needs.
• Oversees IDG meetings and individual care plan development, updates every 15 days as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare regulations, coding and documentation standards.
• Audits medical records and manages billing/revenue cycles to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partners with staff to maintain high quality of care while managing resources and budget.
