Job summary

Ohio Living seeks an Administrator to plan, organize, develop and direct the licensed home health and hospice services in accordance with standards and regulations. The role ensures the highest quality of care while maintaining financial strength and efficiency.

You will oversee operations, staffing, and clinical performance, lead the EMR system, and collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance and patient care goals across Ohio Living programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or related field) and current RN license in Ohio.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare administration and Medicare-certified home health or hospice management is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct licensed home health and hospice services.
• Lead operations to ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys.
• Oversee finance, staffing, and quality assurance across programs.
• Manage patient records and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise clinical staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Life Plan community staff and external partners.
