Job summary

Heartland Hospice is seeking an RN Hospice Administrator to lead a mid-sized hospice program in Ohio. You will provide strategic leadership for clinical quality, operational performance, and census growth while directing interdisciplinary teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, staff development, and strong financial oversight. Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN with 2+ years in hospice/home care, plus 3–5 years of healthcare management

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN from an accredited school preferred.
• Three to five years’ healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
• Two or more years’ hospice/home care experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a mid-sized hospice program; accountable for clinical quality and census growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and interdisciplinary teams.
• Direct human resources, office operations and budget performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across the location.
• Collaborate with Governing Body and referral partners to meet goals.
