Job summary

Ohio Living seeks a Hospice Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team in delivering holistic hospice care. You will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while focusing on quality outcomes and efficient use of resources.

Key duties include IDG coordination, chart audits, and collaboration with administration and marketing to meet patient needs. A current Ohio RN license and BSN preference are required.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice clinical team to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate patient/family care.
• Coordinate IDG meetings and ensure compliant coding and documentation.
• Oversee revenue and scheduling processes while maintaining quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory readiness.
