AccentCare Inc is seeking a Hospice Account Executive in Fall River, MA to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners while driving hospice referrals.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus monthly bonuses and mileage, full-time status over 30 hours weekly, and benefits including medical, dental, PTO, 401(k) match, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community orgs through in-person visits and education on hospice care.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing referrals and increasing awareness of programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to implement community outreach reflecting the mission of honoring life.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care with patient comfort and dignity.
• Uphold commitments to quality and ethics while participating in training and outreach planning.
