Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales, or community development.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hospice Care Consultants in the field at least three days a week.
• Complete ride-along forms for feedback and communication purposes.
• Meet weekly with your team to review performance reports and planning.
