Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Team Director in Miami, FL. This full-time role requires 5+ years of RN experience with at least 2 years in supervisory positions.

Bilingual preferred. The position is on-site with a schedule Mon-Fri and occasional on-call, covering the Miami area. The ideal candidate will lead the direct patient and family care team, manage scheduling and payroll, ensure timely assessments, and collaborate with IDG to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years RN experience and at least 2 years in nursing supervision.
• Bilingual preferred.
• CPR certification preferred (valid).
• Must be licensed driver and able to travel to all business locations.
• Must meet state regulatory requirements where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members, in collaboration with program site leadership.
• Responsible for scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time frames.
• Oversee and support the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) in development and review of the care plan.
• Collaborate with site leadership to mentor staff in patient care, productivity and documentation.
• Support Back to Bedside initiatives and Case Management skills across disciplines.
• Facilitate IDG meetings and provide ongoing IDG support and triage.
• Participate in or lead quality improvement activities and data collection.
