Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Director of Business Development for the Greater Houston area. This full-time role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field management of Hospice Care Consultants (HCC) and Clinical Liaisons, plus regular field presence three days a week.

The position involves quota management, weekly team meetings, and close collaboration with executive leadership. A Bachelor's in Marketing/Sales or related field and healthcare development experience are preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales or community development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to solve problems and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Works in the field managing Hospice Care Consultants (HCC) at a minimum of three days a week
• Complete ride along forms for each HCC and deliver them to the HCC and Executive Director
• Manage the quota of each HCC and Clinical Liaison; report by the 15th of the month prior to the start of the quarter
• Lead weekly team meetings; review Amplicare Reports and various reports for active accounts
