Job summary

AccentCare in Houston seeks a Hospice Director of Business Development to drive growth and relationships across the Greater Houston area. You will lead field teams, mentor staff, and partner with executive leadership to expand patient access and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales and/or community development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse groups; understands referral patterns.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with HCCs in the field at least three days per week.
• Completes ride-along forms for each HCC interaction and forwards them for feedback and reporting.
• Manages quotas for HCCs and Clinical Liaison; reports variances to leadership by the 15th of the month.
• Holds weekly team meetings (in office or field) and reviews performance dashboards.
