Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in the Greater Houston area is seeking a Hospice Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives in hospice and home health.

This fulltime role offers a competitive base salary with a quarterly bonus and comprehensive health benefits. Responsibilities include field leadership of Hospice Care Consultants, regional quota management, weekly team meetings, and analysis using Amplicare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales or community development.
• Strong verbal/written communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Works in the field managing Hospice Care Consultants at a minimum of three days a week.
• Complete ride along forms for each HCC and deliver to HCC and ED.
• Manage quotas for HCC and Clinical Liaison; report variances by the 15th of the month.
• Lead weekly team meetings and review Amplicare Reports and call logs.
