Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Maryland CNA registration.
• Driver with insured vehicle.
• Experience in acute care or home care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks for patients per plan of care and assist with feeding.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment (rails, O2, etc.).
• Plan and assist with nutritious meals as assigned.
• Take and record vital signs when instructed within training.
• Observe skin condition and prevent tissue breakdown.
• Report patient changes to supervising nurse and communicate with caregivers.
