Job summary

Required are a High School diploma or GED and Maryland CNA certification, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior acute or home care experience is preferred, and familiarity with hospice philosophy is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA certification required; valid driver with insured vehicle.
• Experience in acute or home care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including baths, hygiene, feeding, and linen changes.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and basic exercises as directed.
