Bristol Hospice Northwest-Crown Point in Merrillville, IN is seeking a full-time Admissions RN to develop and increase access to Bristol Hospice services in local communities. The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year nursing experience or a BSN, and ~20% travel with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Assess educational needs of the community related to hospice care.
• Coordinate with referral sources to promote care coordination and admissions.
• Complete hospice consults/evaluations and admissions.
