Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking an Admissions RN to establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources within the community. The role focuses on increasing access to Bristol Hospice services and coordinating timely admissions across the Inland Empire region.

The position requires an active RN license, travel up to 20%, and strong communication skills to educate patients and families about the care plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the state.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience within the last three years or a BSN from NLN-accredited program.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources to promote hospice access.
• Develop and increase access to Bristol Hospice services in the service area.
• Coordinate and communicate with hospice leadership and referral sources to promote timely admissions.
• Complete hospice consultations/evaluations and admissions; provide patient/family education on the plan of care.
