Job summary

Bristol Hospice in New Albany, Indiana is seeking an Admissions RN to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources within the community, and to promote hospice access across Southern Indiana.

This full-time role requires an active RN license, travel up to 20%, and flexible hours. You will coordinate admissions, complete consults, and collaborate with ED, DPCS, and referral sources to ensure timely, quality hospice care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in the last three years or a BSN from an NLN-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Develop and increase access to Bristol Hospice Services in the community.
• Coordinate admissions and complete hospice consults/evaluations and admissions.
• Coordinate with ED and DPCS for planning and education programs.
• Provide professional nursing care using all elements of the nursing process.
