Ashton North LLC is seeking a full-time Hospice Admissions RN serving the Kansas City metro (east) area. You will coordinate new patient admissions, complete comprehensive assessments, and educate patients and families as you partner with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a smooth transition into hospice services.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of RN experience in a clinical setting, including one year in hospice.

• Current Registered Nurse license valid for practice in Missouri.
• Current driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Two years of RN experience in a clinical care setting.
• One year of full-time hospice experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Territory / Work Schedule: 50-mile radius from the office, schedule Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm

Outstanding hospice provider seeks a full-time Admissions RN. This nurse will coordinate new patient admissions, complete comprehensive assessments, educate patients and families, and partner closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a smooth transition into hospice services.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license valid for practice in Missouri
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR certification
• Two years of Registered Nurse experience in a clinical care setting
• One year of full-time hospice experience
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile liability insurance
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
