Job summary

HIA Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time RN to oversee patient admissions and initial assessments for hospice services. You will coordinate initial medication and equipment needs and craft the early plan of care for new admissions.

Position Summary

Provision of admission services to potential patients and families consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Health. Provision of the initial patient admission and physical assessment for all patients being admitted to HIA Hospice Services. Identifies and coordinates initial medication and equipment needs and completes the initial plan of care for all admissions.

This position is Full-time, exempt, benefit eligible, and will be based out of our Fargo office location.

Pay Range

Starting at $34.67/hour (based on experience).
