Job summary

HIA Hospice seeks a full-time admissions RN based in Fargo, ND to deliver admission services and initial assessments for patients and families. You’ll identify medication and equipment needs and draft the initial care plan for new admissions, contributing to our mission of compassionate end-of-life care.

The role requires 3–5+ years of hospice or related nursing experience, active ND/MN RN licenses, and the ability to travel locally. A valid driver's license is essential for this position.

Qualifications

Provision of the initial patient admission and physical assessment for all patients being admitted to HIA Hospice Services. Identifies and coordinates initial medication and equipment needs and completes the initial plan of care for all admissions.This position is Full-time, exempt, benefit eligible, and will be based out of our Fargo office location.Pay Range: Starting at $34.67/hour (based on experience).HIA Health has a Drug Free Workplace Policy.
