Job summary

HIA Hospice in Jamestown, ND is seeking a part-time Staff RN/Case Manager to deliver nursing care for hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. This role will be based at the Jamestown office and serve surrounding communities.

The position requires an RN with relevant experience; BSN is preferred. It offers a 24-hour per week schedule, benefits, and a competitive pay range starting at $34.67/hour with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Position Summary

The Hospice Staff RN/Case Manager provides a provision of nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Hospice. All nursing care, as approved by patients’ primary physicians or the hospice medical director, including hospice referrals, patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support.

This position is part-time (0.6 FTE - 24 hours per week), benefit eligible and will be based out of our Jamestown office and serve the surrounding communities.

Pay Range: Starting at $34.67/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
