HIA Hospice in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated Hospice Staff RN/Case Manager to provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time role will operate from the Fargo office, serving surrounding communities and ensuring care aligned with our mission.

The position requires an RN degree with ND/MN licensure, strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree required; state licensure in ND and MN.
• Strong interpersonal communication, counseling and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

All nursing care, as approved by patients’ primary physicians or the hospice medical director, including hospice referrals, patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support.This position is full-time, benefit eligible and will be based out of our Fargo office and serve the surrounding communities.Benefits:We offer a robust benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
