Job summary

Medi Home Hospice, part of the Medical Services of America family, seeks a Full-Time Account Executive to join our hospice team in Scottdale, PA. The role focuses on expanding referrals, developing market strategies with clinical staff, and promoting the full home health continuum of services.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of home health/hospice sales experience, an established referral base, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive census growth in the Scottdale

Qualifications

• Three to five years Home Health and/or Hospice Sales and Marketing experience required.
• Preferably in the geographical market of employment.
• Must have a referral base following.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually.
• Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
• Maintain current relationships with referral sources.
• Meet regularly with the clinical team.
• Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in census growth.
• Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.
• Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.
• Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuum
