Job summary

Medical Services of America, through its Medi Home Health Agency, is seeking a full-time Account Executive to grow referrals in Scottdale, PA. You’ll build new partnerships, collaborate with our clinical team, and drive census growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing, and discharge planning.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly and annual strategic business plans.
• Grow new referral sources and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to align efforts and census growth.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and state home health regulations.
• Promote the full spectrum of home health services.
