Qualifications

• Three to five years of Home Health and/or Hospice Sales and Marketing experience required.
• Must have a referral base following of your own.
• General knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans.
• Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
• Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.
