Medi Home Hospice, a proud member of Medical Services of America, Inc., is seeking an experienced Full-Time Account Executive to join our Hospice team in Pittsburgh (Allegheny) PA. You will drive territory analysis, establish referral sources, and collaborate with clinical teams to promote our home health services.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of healthcare sales, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three to five years sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Outstanding communication with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing and discharge needs.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and meet quotas.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and company auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an initial territory market analysis and quarterly/annual business plans.
• Develop and establish new referral sources consistently.
• Maintain current relationships with referral sources.
• Meet regularly with the clinical team.
• Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams to grow census.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and state home health regulations.
• Obtain physician orders for specified treatments and participate in referrals.
• Promote MSA's umbrella of home health services.
