Endeavor Hospice in the East Valley, Arizona, is seeking a motivated Hospice Account Executive to grow our presence by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare partners and families. You will manage existing referrals and develop new partnerships across hospitals, clinics, and senior communities, while aligning with our clinical team for timely admissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospice, home health, home care, or healthcare sales.
• Established relationships within the East Valley healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow established accounts: own referral relationships, keep regular contact, strengthen partnerships.
• Develop new relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals in the East Valley.
• Grow your territory by identifying opportunities and maintaining a steady flow of qualified hospice referrals.
• Educate the community about hospice philosophy, eligibility, services, and benefits.
• Coordinate referrals with intake and clinical teams to ensure timely admissions while preserving clinical authority.
• Represent Endeavor: participate in facility visits, events, and community engagements.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a territory growth plan and track referral activity.
• Work with Endeavor Home Care and Endeavor HCBS to connect individuals with services.
