Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an Account Executive to advance hospice services through strong relationships with healthcare providers. You will educate hospitals, physicians, and case managers on eligibility and coordinate with clinical teams for seamless patient transitions.

Qualifications

Relationship-driven sales experience in healthcare.
Knowledge of hospice services and patient eligibility.
Proven ability to generate referrals and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions into hospice care.
Identify market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
Maintain accurate referral documentation and communicate with care teams.
